Qualifying Foster Care Charitable Organization Arizona Tax Credit
We are honored to be awarded the classification from Arizona Department of Revenue as a “Qualifying Foster Care Charitable Organization”.
How It Works
Donations to ‘Qualifying Foster Care Charitable Organizations’ are claimed on Arizona Form 352.
Donations made on or before the 15th day of the fourth month following the close of the taxable year may be applied to either the current or the preceeding table year and is considered to have been made on the last day of that taxable year.
What Is The Taxable Amount?
The maximum credit for contributions made is $500 for single or head of household, $1000 for married taxpayers. If your tax liability is less than your contribution, the unused credit is available as a future tax credit for up to 5 years.
